Ingredients:
- 1 Cup Yellow Pigeon Peas/Toor Dal
- 1tsp Cumin Seeds
- 1tbsp Vegetable Oil
- 1 Garlic Flake chopped(optional)
- 1 sprig of Curry Leaves(optional)
- 2cups of water
- Salt to taste
- Wash thoroughly Yellow Pigeon Peas/Toor Dal.
- Pressure Cook it with all the above ingredients for 10minutes.
- Remove and Set aside for 5minutes or until the pressure goes out.
- Add Salt to taste, mix well and Serve hot with Rice and Clarified Butter/Ghee.
