Banana Porridge

Ingredients:
  • 30gms Rolled Oats
  • 1 Ripe Banana sliced
  • 1tbsp Sugar or sugar free
  • 1/2 Cup Water
  • 1/2 Cup Skim Milk ( Full Cream Milk for kids)
Method:
  • Combine Oats, Water, Milk and Sugar in a saucepan and bring to boil.
  • Cook for 5minutes in low flame and set aside.
  • Pour the above porridge into serving bowl and top with banana slices.
