Bell Peppers (Capsicum) Fried Rice

 Ingredients:
  • 1 Bowl Cooked Rice
  • 1 Cup Chopped Bell Peppers/ Capsicum
  • 1 tablespoon roasted Sesame Seeds Powder
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • 1tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil   
 Method:
  • Heat Oil in a pan.
  • Add chopped Bell Peppers and fry for 2minutes.
  • Add Sesame powder, Salt and Pepper and saute for 5minutes.
  • Add Cooked Rice and mix well. Fry for 2minutes.
  • Serve hot
